Hello! My name is Hannah Atwater. As a NSCA certified personal trainer with two years of experience, I’m passionate about training and helping others achieve their fitness goals. I prioritize movement quality and understanding the “why” behind each workout. I’m enthusiastic about working with individuals who are committed to improving their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through fitness. For me, taking care of our bodies is crucial in living the life we desire.

In addition to my NSCA certification, I’m pursuing my 200hr yoga teacher training. I believe that incorporating yoga into my client’s fitness routines can provide additional benefits, such as improved flexibility, stress relief, and mindfulness. By expanding my knowledge and skills through yoga teacher training, I’m committed to providing a holistic approach to fitness and wellness for my clients.

Ultimately, I want to work with people who want to feel better and move well. My goal is to help my clients show up for themselves in an area that will help them live the life they want to live, physically, mentally and emotionally.
